We are hiring a full-time: Head of Experience

Location: Queen-and-Bathurst-ish, Toronto x WFH flex as you wish

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer


We (seriously) build high growth consumer brands, with a focus on seed-to-series-A build and legacy retail transformation. Our technical expertise is the Big 3 Ecomm Revenue Drivers: site experience, email + sms marketing, and paid performance marketing. We are obsessed with solving problems that stand in the way of revenue growth.

What does that mean? You will really, really build.


Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products we build are strategic, considered, and deliver exceptional customer experience to the end user.

User Experience

  • Consider and understand the strategic requirements of partner business
  • Consider, understand, and develop clear personas for partner business, against which all implementation will be designed and assessed
  • Develop best in class site experience strategy, via net new site builds, ongoing site optimizations, and landing page development
  • Develop best in class journey experience strategy in email + sms as well as conversational channels (live chat automation, etc.)
  • Develop best in class experience on internally built customer-facing products, including themes, apps, and software
  • Be hands on in the doing of the work - we are very active and hands on in our work; it isn’t about simply delegating, it’s also very much doing

Product Development

  • Contribute to the product development process across cross-functional teams
  • Consider consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
  • Partner with internal teams to develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments 


  • Develop best in class processes and operating systems for the management and retention of existing partner business
  • Partner with internal leadership team in the development of business strategies, organizational design, and growth


    • User experience design strategy in a consulting or agency environment preferred
    • Experience driving elements of the product development life cycle
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Positive attitude, humility, curiosity, and a damn good sense of humour
